  • There is a problem with my order, what should I do?

    We want all of our customers to be happy, if you have a problem with your order then please contact us straight away and we will do our best to resolve any issue. 🍬🍭

  • Can I send my item as a gift?

    Absolutely, just let us know who it is for and what the occasion and any message and we will include a note and send it directly to the recipient.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments, our site is secure and your details will be safe. All payments are made through trusted providers and we will not pass any of your details onto anybody else.

  • Do you cater for allergies and specific dietary needs?

    Some of our products are marked with dietary needs such as 'Vegan' or 'gluten free' but all of our products are packed in an environment that may contain allergens, so please contact us prior to ordering.

  • An item is missing or my order is wrong, what shall I do?

    Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase so we can investigate the problem and refund or send out any missing items.
